Proof of vaccination or negative test required

Guests must show proof of full vaccination, along with photo identification, to dine indoors. If there is no outdoor seating available, unvaccinated patrons may dine indoors with a verbal self-attestation, negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours and photo identification.

Patrons without clearance may enter the premises for limited periods of time to use the restroom, order, pick up or pay for to-go food or drink, and they must take the food to eat off premises.

Children under age 12 may enter facilities and eat indoors without clearance verification.
